我看了这个网页有些不明

上面2句的意思和起来是等于下面的意思吗？

我就是想问这个网页的Super VGA Box 2007 是否有Multi Purpose VGA Box
的VGA/IN VGA/OUT那样的功能由他来贯通电脑和显示器？还是要用电脑时或玩游戏时要扒开来再接上这样麻烦啊~！

希望尽快有人能回答我~！让我能有时间好去取消Order~!
